N.K.U was established in 1928, beginning as a small mechanical workshop specializing in the production of bolts, nuts, and precision metal components, serving repair shops and mechanical manufacturers during the early development of the automotive industry.

In 1972, as the automotive industry entered a period of strong global growth, N.K.U officially expanded into the manufacturing of automotive parts, with a particular focus on suspension and steering systems—components that directly affect vehicle safety, ride comfort, and driving performance.

Alongside its own product development, N.K.U continued to provide technical manufacturing and precision machining services for automotive assemblers and industrial partners, maintaining consistent engineering standards across all production lines.
